Installation & licensing¶

LocalSolver is available for 3 operating systems : Windows, Linux and Mac OS on two different architectures (x86, x64). If you haven’t already downloaded a package, go on the download page , select your platform and follow the next instructions. If you have a modern 64 bits system, we definitively encourage you to select the x64 version of LocalSolver since it offers better performance and enable you to solve bigger models (LocalSolver will be limited to 3GB of memory otherwise).

Note that LocalSolver binaries (executable files and callable libraries) are self-contained: no third-party library is required for running LocalSolver.
