Permettre à nos clients de prendre les meilleures décisions nécessite des interfaces novatrices qui rendent clair ce qui est complexe. Dans ce cadre, nous sommes à la recherche d’un nouveau développeur frontend qui maîtrise les derniers frameworks JS et qui possède un bon sens créatif.

Description du poste

  • Développer les interfaces utilisateur de nos solutions et de notre plateforme LocalSolver ;
  • Construire les meilleurs composants de visualisation dans le domaine de la logistique, du transport, du manufacturing, et bien d’autres domaines d’applications ;
  • Participer à l’élaboration des parcours utilisateurs et de l’UX de nos applications ;
  • Tester et déployer votre code sur notre infrastructure cloud ;
  • Interagir avec les équipes back et les ingénieurs en optimisation.

Compétences attendues

  • JavaScript, TypeScript, HTML, CSS ;
  • La maîtrise d’un ou plusieurs frameworks JS modernes : Angular, React, Vue.JS ;
  • Familier avec les outils de design, d’UI et d’UX comme Adobe XD, InDesign, Sketch, Figma.

You are in charge of improving the performance of LocalSolver, as well as the maintenance and support of the software. You develop complex algorithms to solve combinatorial and numerical optimization problems within LocalSolver while respecting our programming guidelines under the supervision of a senior team member. For instance, this entails developing specialized local search neighborhoods for routing and scheduling problems, adding new heuristics to find solutions for Mixed-Integer Linear or Nonlinear Problems, or improving the performance of our existing Simplex and Interior-Point algorithms. You are on the lookout for new techniques that are found and developed in the optimization community. You exchange with our customers to better understand their optimization needs and help them use LocalSolver to its best capabilities.

You can also develop tailor-made optimization applications that answer our customers’ needs, especially in terms of performance and user experience, under the supervision of a senior team member. You have constructive and professional discussions with our customers and drive the development of the functional and technical aspects of the application within the project’s deadlines autonomously. You are also responsible for the product’s final integration and ensuring its maintenance and support. If required, you are also in charge of training our customers.

You are responsible for the sales development of LocalSolver in different geographical areas and business segments. Frédéric, founder & co-CEO, and Arthur, Sales Development Manager, will coach and supervise you.

You develop a portfolio of customers and build a quality, long-term commercial relationship with them. In this context, you achieve the sales objectives defined by the company. In more detail, you:

  • Exploit and expand the portfolio of leads and clients in the areas concerned;
  • Build and develop a sales pipeline in accordance with the sales process and by leveraging the software tools offered by the sales and marketing team: generate and qualify leads, initiate promising contacts, check the needs of your interlocutors, answer their questions and objections, engage them in a trial period of LocalSolver, write commercial proposals, close sales, ensure payments, monitor and develop existing accounts;
  • Request technical support from the LocalSolver R&D team promptly;
  • Provide constructive feedback to the marketing and R&D functions of the company;
  • Ensure the reporting of your performance, in particular during weekly meetings;
  • Contribute to the organization and industrialization of the sales and marketing department by giving constructive feedback about the sales process and tools.
